Delivery

Processing time

Most items will be prepared for dispatch within 1-3 working days but this does vary across the range due to the nature of the product and personalisation detail. For details of any outside of this, see individual items.

Delivery time

All items are delivered using the Royal Mail 1st Class service. You can expect this to be 1-3 working days however, please refer to the Royal Mail website for any service delays / updates.

Delivery upgrades are available. For details, see individual items.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I cannot be responsible for delays due to customs.

File delivery

Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed.

If for any reason you incur an issue when purchasing or downloading your product, or would like an alternative size / bespoke service, please get in touch and I will be happy to help.


Returns & exchanges

I gladly accept returns and exchanges*

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Return items back within: 30 days of delivery

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

*The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders

  • Digital downloads

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
